I like how it is completely anonymous but also how we are able to configure our organisation within the system to generate data we need. The reports are simple to generate and to view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The separate login to the support page, i have a problem every time and have to reset my password which is frustrating as every time i then update my saved password it overwrite my main Hive login rather than saving them separately. Appreciate this isnt a Hive issue but it would help if there was not a separate login for support tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
