I particularly appreciate the use of AI in Hive CPQ, which allows complex tasks to be done very easily and without assistance. A simple connection with Hive's MCP enables achieving what one desires with simple prompts, and the AI seems to perfectly understand the workings of Hive. Moreover, setting up complex rules and links is greatly simplified. Everything related to global variables, outside of configurators, can be problematic. The configurators themselves seem complete, but it is difficult to set up variables that take into account what is done on different configurators, such as globalizing all setup times to account for the number of trips to be made on a site. Although feasible, the process is complex.
