With everything going digital, it was time to include credit card payments to our online ordering. Did some research and saw the good reviews with HitPay. Most importantly, I wanted to make sure that the portal was safe and secure for our clients as they input their confidential information. Onboarding was a breeze. Just submitted the requirements and a brand manager reached out to me a couple of days later. Adding HitPay to our website was also very easy. We had a minor hiccup at the checkout as there was error but our brand manager quickly informed IT and it was resolved within a day.
