Wish there was a bit more flexibility in adding assessment questions and being able to report on them. We have different assessments we have for our technical positions and it would have been great to be able to send the assessments in Montage vs. a different software. Another feature that would help is being able to text candidates to set up appointments or to answer questions separate from the video interview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
