Hireserve contains a lot for functionality that allows us to as an organisation to flex our recruitment process and quickly and effectively receive, review and process applications. It has some excellent features that can be integrated into the recruitment process providing us with robust and user friendly system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does take a little time to learn the back office process as there is so much flexibility in the system and sometimes it frustrating when you find a new element that adds value - Hireserve are working on this to inform new and old clients of the system capability.
