I do not enjoy the lack of not being able to attach PDF attachments to interviews. I would like our Hiring Managers to have the capability to download a PDF to fill out and upload. I am glad to read that you are seeing value in a centralized process and are getting value from using Hireology as an applicant CRM tool! Concerning you feedback around uploading PDF's to interviews- I have good news for you! In each interview hiring step you are able to print the script to take notes by hand and then upload those handwritten (or any other PDF/attachments) you'd like to the interview step. If you view an interview you will see the option to print in the right hand corner before pressing "start interview".
