What do you like best about Hireology?

Personally, I really like how the platform posts the jobs across multiple job boards and makes easy access to monitor everything. They are always willing to listen to our needs and update their technology to stay up to date with the market and their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hireology?

I don't really dislike anything. My profile level might not have certain accesses, I think it's been hard for me to delete some of the templates for job postings and for prescreen surveys so I end up with a bunch of excessive content but that may be a company setting. What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?

Overall, I think it's a great product for the price point. Another company approached us recently and they had a feature that was appealing which was the ability for candidates to schedule interviews during designated "open interview" times which I really liked. I'd love to see Hireology employ a similar feature. They continue to update their technology and meet with us on the client side and prioritize all of our needs! Hi Lea,

Thanks for leaving us a review. So great to read that you are seeing value in a centralized process and our organic job board partners. Really appreciate your transparency and sharing your feature wish list. I shared it with my product team, however, we are about to release a new tool in a similar vain called "Interview Scheduling". This will help to automate the interview scheduling process based on your calendar availability. Interview Scheduling will be available to all Hireology customers on 2/24. We will be sending out more communication around this when it is live and available.
