What do you like best about Hireology?

The platform is very clear and clean. It is easy to learn and use. I really enjoy the branding aspect to the companies we were recruiting for. The automated workflows and triggers saved our team a ton of time from having to do manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hireology?

While the platform is excellent, the product is only as good as you are able to get your colleagues to adopt it. I wish that this software came with a training on how to use it or a 1,3,6 month plan to drive referrals in your store.

There were times where the communication and follow through on asks fell through the cracks but the team was very responsive to fix their mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to find a way to automated the employee experience when referring their friends and the employer experience when tracking referrals. This platform allows for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
