What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?

What I like most about Hireflix is that it works as a true one-stop platform and removes the need for live scheduling. It takes away the hassle of coordinating Zoom links, since candidates can complete their interviews entirely on their own time. I also don’t need to be present for every single interview, which saves me a huge amount of time. What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?

The least helpful aspects of the platform center around the candidate experience and conversational limitations:

No Spontaneous Follow-ups: You are locked into pre-recorded questions, meaning you can't dive deeper into an interesting answer on the spot.

Impersonal Candidate Experience: Some high-potential candidates struggle with one-way video setups because it feels transactional or unnatural to speak to a blank screen.
