What do you like best about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?

With Hireflix, employers can "meet" candidates easily and conveniently before investing more time, mileage, and effort into next steps. You can actually see how applicants would behave in person - how to speak and their body language, which is important for our business because we value customer service. Also, I believe it filters out applicants who are not not serious about becoming part of our team. It was easy to start and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?

What problems is Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hireflix makes the first step in hiring process just that much easier by allowing you to meet candidates conveniently, anywhere and anytime. We started using it while we were out of the country (right after one of our employees gave us their notice the day before our trip!).
