Instead of always paying to post new job ads, it pulls up people who applied months ago that happen to fit our new roles, and it grades them right there. The constant Teams notifications were driving me crazy initially. Having it connected to our chat sounded like a great idea, but my phone was just blowing up until we went into the settings and turned the useless alerts off.
