There’s really nothing I don’t like about HireBoost. If I had one suggestion, it would be to streamline the number of playbooks to make it even easier. HireBoost is helping us close the gap between transactional recruiting and true talent advisory. We brought Jodi in to level up our recruiters’ skills and confidence—so they can lead conversations, partner strategically with hiring managers, and deliver real value beyond filling reqs.

The training is strengthening core competencies like intake strategy, candidate influence, and data-backed decision-making. As a result, our recruiters are showing up more confident, more consistent, and more effective—running better intakes, setting clearer expectations, and building stronger hiring manager relationships.
