I like that HireBoost provides a comprehensive amount of information when I use it. It puts recruiters in a better position to be a true resource throughout the process, rather than having to ask for and learn key details from the hiring managers we support. That shift in position also lets us tell, not just ask, in other parts of the recruitment process, and it helps keep the recruiter in the driver’s seat for more of the conversation.
