What do you like best about HiPeople?

I appreciate its user-friendly interface, efficient automation of HR & Recruiting tasks, its robust performance tracking and employee engagement feature. The seamless integration with other HR tools, and its responsive customer support is likewise smooth. As a Talent Acquisition Manager it made my life so much easier, especially when checking references, pushing hiring speed, candidate quality AND candidate experience.

Besides the products, the HiPeople Team is always open and on the hunt for user feedback to improve its products based on those insights, which is amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiPeople?

As I love using it, there is nothing specific I "dislike". Of course there were some improvements the team made over the time, but nothing negative to state here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiPeople solving and how is that benefiting you?

It takes over ALL the manual work with regards to candidate assessments, reference checks, and quality assurance (e.g. reporting ref hiring criteria and quality over time), which makes us working more efficent when recruiting on a dailys basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
