**What do you like best about HiPeople?**

I use HiPeople for creating assessments for candidates we want to hire. I appreciate that it makes the candidate review easy and saves me a lot of time. I like that it is very detailed, which is really handy when hiring for more generic profiles. Another feature I enjoy is its ability to capture the soft skills of candidates, especially for roles like operations and virtual assistants. It helps me filter candidates quickly without spending hours on interviews, providing me results for the skills I need to assess.

**What do you dislike about HiPeople?**

In case of too technical interviews, I think I need to take interviews. So proving to the employers that you are as good in checking the technical proficiency of candidates is what I would like HiPeople to do.

I use HiPeople to create detailed assessments for candidates, making candidature review easy and saving time. It helps capture soft skills quickly, especially for roles like operations and virtual assistants, and provides skill results, reducing the need for lengthy interviews.

I experienced technical issues when setting up HiPeople, as the platform does not support Google Chrome, making it difficult to use with certain search engines. The process was a bit challenging because of this limitation. Additionally, I believe the platform could improve by incorporating more relevant questions tailored to specific job roles during assessments. There are some technical disruptions during the interview process that need to be addressed to improve the user experience.

I appreciated how HiPeople was very easy to set up with no setup required at all. Just clicking a link allowed me to dive right in. The guidance was clear, walking me through each step. The software effectively helps employers gain a good understanding of candidates through assessment. The ease of use and the problem-solving capability really stood out to me.

I found the mobile interface to be lacking. When I used it on my phone, there was a specific question where I couldn't see all the options available at once. This was frustrating because it wasn't until the very last second, after I hit okay, that I realized there was another option. Although I managed to get it right, the mobile interface did not display everything I needed to see at one time.

I really love how practical HiPeople is. It's very intuitive—just click, fill the form, and send the link; everything flows smoothly. Even before I reach out to people, they receive the email promptly, which is amazing. The platform is user-centered, providing a very good experience. The feature for asking references and tagging what's important is fantastic, and it's known to be very easy to use, even by those who aren't very digital. This is a clean and precise platform that would be ideal for handling surveys and interviews for my job. It offers a friendly and useful way to connect with people.

I would love to receive an email directly from the service rather than from an external link. I think that would be even better.

**What do you like best about HiPeople?**

I find HiPeople simple and easy to use, particularly for the assessment process. It made my company assessment straightforward and comfortable, enhancing my experience. I would feel comfortable using it again, as I now have an account, and consider it almost perfect aside from minor verification process delays.

**What do you dislike about HiPeople?**

I experienced a delay in receiving the verification code needed to set up my HiPeople profile, which was necessary for completing the interview. The email took a couple of minutes longer than expected, which was inconvenient. This lag suggested a potential issue or glitch that could be improved for a smoother user experience. Additionally, I noticed that during the assessment process, I was prompted to turn my camera on, but the camera wasn't actually being used, which seemed unnecessary.

The product made my assessment process for a job application easy and comfortable, though a slower verification email was a minor issue.
