What I like best about HiPeople is how it simplifies the hiring process and makes candidate evaluations more structured and efficient. The platform provides a convenient way to assess candidates’ skills and qualifications without spending too much time on manual screening.
I especially appreciate the variety of assessments available and how easy it is to compare results across different candidates. The interface is intuitive, and the insights provided can help hiring teams make more informed decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about HiPeople is that some of the assessments and evaluation workflows could offer more flexibility and customization. While the platform provides a good range of ready-to-use assessments, tailoring them to very specific roles or hiring requirements isn’t always as straightforward as I’d like.
There can also be a slight learning curve when setting up assessments and interpreting the results for the first time. Additionally, having more detailed explanations of certain scores would make it easier to understand candidates’ strengths and weaknesses.
That said, these are relatively minor drawbacks, and HiPeople still provides a convenient and efficient way to streamline the hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
