"Great way to Tele-Visit and keep your Business Open"

What do you like best about HIPAA Video?

The ease of setting up a meeting. You can send an invite by email or SMS. Easy for our families to sign in for the appointment. Once you enter the name and email for the first time, it is saved, so no need to re-type it each time you set a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HIPAA Video?

That only 5 people can join the meeting, but I understand that they are working on that to add more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HIPAA Video solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are not allowed to go into the homes right now with Covid, so this was a great solution for us. We are still able to serve our families, and keep the services available to them. Also, this is HIPPA compliant, and encrypted, which the State required. Once we are allowed back into the homes, we can still keep this as an option for those who choose the Tele-visits, or if someone in the family is sick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
