"Ongoing Personal Support and Microsoft Entra Integration That’s a Game Changer"

What do you like best about HiHello?

I really appreciate the team’s ongoing personal support, along with the platform’s constant improvements. The integration with Microsoft Entra was an absolute game changer for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

I’d like to see more “how-to” guides, along with clearer messaging on why people should get on board with it, sent directly to users so we don’t have to do the selling ourselves. At the moment, the majority of our staff mainly use it for the automated Outlook signature. I would like signature's to be sync immediately as soon as the card is activated and I would like welcome emails to users sent as soon as their Entra ID syncs to HiHello. I would also like the sync from Entra to happen more frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?
