What do you like best about HighLevel?

My onboarding process with HighLevel has been fantastic so far. As a small business owner, adopting a new CRM can feel overwhelming, but Manish made the process much easier and helped me understand how the platform can grow with my business.

He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His support gave me confidence that I was making the right decision for my business.

I'm especially excited about the potential for automation, appointment reminders, marketing, and customer management all in one place.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

As a new user, I haven't experienced any significant downsides yet. My first impression is that the platform offers a lot of functionality, which can feel overwhelming initially, but the onboarding support has made the setup process much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?

As the owner of a growing bridal and alterations business, I was looking for a way to manage leads, automate appointment reminders, improve customer communication, and reduce the amount of administrative work that falls on me personally.

HighLevel appears to provide an all-in-one solution that will allow me to spend more time serving clients and less time managing repetitive tasks. I'm especially excited about building systems that can grow alongside my business as it expands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
