Quick Start is phenomenal idea and was extremely well implemented; process worked exactly as intended from Day 1. Several months later we needed some tech help to trouble shoot an issue that could not be resolved internally. Mr. Barr promptly responded to the support request and within 15 minutes was able to spot a misconfigured field. He made corrections during the video call and we were operational immediately. All contacts, regardless of permissions, are visible as case matches when typing into fields. It would be nice to have a radio button that would stop a contact from appearing in a data field just because it matched something that I was typing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When it comes to contact visibility, it is possible to filter contact lookups to specific sets of contacts! Please ask support@highgear.com for assistance with that. I’m sure they can help you achieve that goal.
