What do you like best about High Trek Point of Sale?

It seamlessly combines our point of sale, reservation calendar, leads, quotes, and waiver management all in one interface. The price is the most competitive of all of the software packages we have considered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about High Trek Point of Sale?

I would like to be able to provide more than one quote option to a potential guest. Currently any additional quotes overwrite the original quote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is High Trek Point of Sale solving and how is that benefiting you?

They offer a clear, easy-to-use, button-based POS interface that our front desk staff can pick up quickly and feel comfortable with. As a result, we’ve reduced training time and cut down on errors. The leads tool is also very helpful since multiple people on our team follow up on leads; it lets us all see what communications have gone out and which quotes have already been sent. I do a lot of POS work remotely and the phone interface is also pretty easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
