Her knowledge of ISO standards and how best to frame things made it easy to go to her for support, and her communication is very quick. She gave clear instructions on which policies, procedures, and other actions are mandatory. Zoe’s advice is clear and easy to understand, and the regular meetings helped ensure we stayed on track to hit the goals needed to prepare for our First Stage and Second Stage ISO 27001 and 9001 audits.
