Hickory can be a game changer in terms of initial training all the way to continuing education. It is an amazing product with lots of data analysis that breaks it down for your team. The agent must feel a part of the Hickory process though. Making a suggestion form for future lessons is a great way to get agents excited about the product! Our business is always evolving and we have a lot of employees! We also have different pillars of the company so various people will receive different information.
