What do you like best about HiBot?
Very easy to use, dynamic and practical system, the service tree is easy to modify and the usability is practical and fast, it doesn't let you close easily without saving the necessary information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about HiBot?
For pulling reports the system is a bit limited, gives some errors, doesn't let you filter the date correctly, when exporting the file it doesn't pull the full filter and we can't fetch an accurate ratings record report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
