What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

The simplicity of the system. Very intuitive and easy to use. Everything flows very well and just makes sense. Very easy to access for new hires and external candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

The timesheeting module doesn't work with our industry but that's probably due to our complexity and not theirs. Other than that, I can't think of much. The system covers my needs at the moment. Not sure if they are planning on incorporating a pay function to be able to run payroll, but that would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Reporting function is very user friendly and i'm able to create custom reports in minutes. This helps the dept manager make informed decisions. Onboarding is great too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
