What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had different systems holding different aspects of info - we've been able to combine everything onto one platform and restrict employee access where necessary to ensure info is protected adequately. It makes everything easier - we have to go to one website to find people's info on everything e.g. clothing sizes for company swag, food allergies, neurodivergence, as well as HR info.
