"HiBob Streamlined Our HR—Flexible, Intuitive, and Analytics-Powered"

5/5

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

We have been using HiBob at EVAM for almost three years, and our experience has been exceptional. HiBob has significantly simplified and streamlined our HR processes, becoming an essential part of our daily People & Culture operations.

We actively use several modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation, and what we appreciate most is the platform's flexibility, intuitive design, and continuous evolution.

One of HiBob's greatest strengths is how user-friendly it is, not only for HR professionals but also for employees and managers across the organization. Its straightforward implementation, ease of adoption, and ability to adapt to our evolving business needs have made a real difference.

Another standout feature is its powerful reporting and analytics capabilities. The combination of ready-to-use reports, customizable dashboards, and the flexibility to create our own analytics enables us to make more informed, data-driven people decisions.

We also highly value HiBob's commitment to continuous improvement. The platform keeps evolving, introducing new features and enhancements that genuinely respond to changing HR and business needs.

For us, HiBob is much more than an HRIS. It has become an indispensable partner in how we manage, develop, and support our people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

Honestly, there is nothing significant that we dislike about HiBob. We have been extremely satisfied with the platform and the overall experience. What we particularly appreciate is that HiBob continuously listens to customer feedback and keeps improving its features and functionality. Even when we identify areas for enhancement, we see them as opportunities for further development rather than drawbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

HiBob has helped us centralize and streamline our People & Culture processes within a single, integrated platform. Before HiBob, managing different HR activities required more manual effort and coordination. Today, we can efficiently manage our core HR operations, talent management, performance processes, and compensation planning in one place.

One of the biggest benefits has been reducing administrative workload, improving efficiency, and increasing transparency across the organization. Its self-service capabilities also empower employees and managers to take a more active role in HR processes, creating a much better employee experience.

Another significant advantage is having access to reliable, real-time people data, customizable dashboards, and powerful analytics. This allows us to move beyond operational HR and focus more on strategic, data-driven decision-making.

As a growing international company, we particularly value HiBob's flexibility and ability to support our evolving organizational needs.

Overall, HiBob has enabled our People & Culture team to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on what truly matters: our people, their development, and the overall employee experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
