"An Intuitive HR Platform That Brings People Processes Together"

What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

For me, the best thing about HiBob is the combination of user experience and functionality. It’s genuinely intuitive for employees and managers, while still giving HR the flexibility and depth we need behind the scenes. We’ve been able to automate and simplify a lot of processes that previously involved spreadsheets, emails and manual follow-ups.

I also really value having so much of the employee lifecycle in one place. As our needs have developed, we’ve been able to build on the platform rather than introduce a new system every time, which helps us maintain consistent processes and reliable employee data across different countries. It feels less like an HR database and more like the central hub for our people processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

There are a few areas where I think HiBob could improve. The pricing model can make adding additional modules relatively expensive, particularly where the functionality is only relevant to part of the organisation. There are also some features and modules that could benefit from further development and more flexibility.

Support is generally available and we have regular contact with HiBob, but I would value a stronger feedback loop between customers and product development, particularly for smaller improvements and feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

HiBob has helped us move away from fragmented HR processes, spreadsheets and manual follow-ups towards having one central place for our people data and processes. It makes it much easier for employees and managers to self-serve, while workflows, task lists and automation help ensure that important processes happen consistently. Managers and employees receive timely reminders, information and calls to action, which helps keep processes moving and creates a more consistent employee experience across the organisation.

Ultimately, it reduces administration, improves visibility and gives us a more scalable way of managing HR as the organisation develops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
