What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

Day to day it feels very simple, it is practical and intuitive like setting up employee data, creating profiles, sending contracts to link new joiners to the system. I like how it links with other systems, for example Perkbox. The AI features in performance reviews are also useful, especially when they provide clear summaries. I also appreciate being able to set different permission levels for a range of employees, so we don’t have to manually send data to people across the company. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

I find it quite manual in performance reviews in exporting data - need to export individually rather than a whole team's performance. Find it quite difficult to provide people with the permissions to be able to download performance cycle reports. It means we need to manually do this on behalf of various people in the company. What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled to set up some teams that have complicated line-manager structures, with different people responsible for approving holiday, completing performance reviews, and signing off overtime. It was helpful to have the option to change approvers and set up mentors in the system as a workaround, so we could still get the right people to approve different parts of the employee lifecycle.
