What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

What I like best about HiBob is how quickly employees adopt the system, largely thanks to its highly intuitive and user-friendly interface. It completely modernizes the HR experience and feels natural for everyone to use from day one.

In addition to seamless adoption, the platform offers great flexibility with its robust electronic signature capabilities and powerful, customizable reporting tools that make tracking HR data effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

What I like least about HiBob is the inability to schedule two consecutive leave requests in a single workflow (for example, seamlessly chaining a maternity leave followed directly by a parental leave).

Additionally, reporting lacks historical point-in-time snapshot capabilities. You can only extract data at the current moment (T-time) rather than selecting a specific past date to view exact headcount or compensation data as it was at that precise point in time. Fragmented HR processes: It consolidates employee onboarding, time-off management, and core HR data into a single, highly intuitive platform.
