I think it's pretty intuitive to use for all employees, and that means less everyday friction for the HR team. The UI is nice and clear, it's not overpacked with functionalities for everyday use, so it's relatively easy to find what you're looking for yourself. I'm missing some features that make it easier to comply with local regulations. I'm not sure whether it's a limitation of our package or simply that Poland is a specific market that isn't well covered, but I wish there were options, for example, to calculate time off differently.
