What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

Easy to use, configurable and focused on end user experience but always adapting for all users.

The integrations are great and it plugs in to almost everything. really looking forward to adding copilot into our bob as well as other systems we use.

The talent module has really improved this year with the AI assistant being able to complete performance reviews with a click of a button and pulling from multiple data points.

Barely any down time and the support if and when we need it is second to none. Worth every penny! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

There are a few things it probably should do that it doesn't such as sickness % and other HR Reportable information. There isn't technically an actual sickness process within the system which is difficult to then navigate and make work for clients, especially as 12months rolling sick cannot be done easily without the use of reporting in the system. What problems is HiBob HRIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Performance management, Single source of truth.

before the project our data was in lots of different places which was far from ideal. This has centralised our data and we're able to easily find the information we need which has saved me ample time in my day to day.

The hiring module has also made recruitment a genuinely fun thing to do. before it was laborious and too drawn out, now, i have my tasks, i have my candidates to review easily to hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
