Our initial engagement with HGI was driven by the quality of their tech data. With previous providers, we were taking many incoming customer/prospect calls calling out bad data points which was affecting our credibility during our selling cycles. The significant quality improvement had improved our user experience as well as our productivity. This led to our ability to move people off of low-level QA to higher-value insight building. Any single data issue led to a larger review by HGI so was comfortable they were improving the overall quality of their platform and not just solving a once-off data point issue.
HGI is not just a data provider but with their high-quality staff they add a level of service that is unparallel. They help us ideate and execute on our data driven insights. They understand our business and our challenges so the speed of delivery is excellent.

The areas where I see challenges are areas being addressed. Much of this has to do with automation of their platform so we can consume more (i.e., APIs to our platform). Really not a game changer because of HGI's responsiveness and agility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
