What do you like best about HeySam?

We've been using HeySam across our Account Management workflows and it’s become a go-to tool for sales intelligence, product support, and call insights. It saves a ton of time and helps our team stay sharp without interuppting customer calls looking for answers.

What I like best:

The Slack integration and conversational AI are super intuitive, I can ask HeySam questions directly and get fast, accurate answers without switching tools.

Call summaries and sizzle reels make debriefs easy and keep the team aligned.

It’s a cost-effective alternative to traditional call intelligence tools, especially for startups and mid-sized teams.

Our product has way too many modules, and it’s nearly impossible to train a rep to know everything, especially since we build so fast.
