I manage social media for several clients at a marketing agency each month, and HeyOrca helps me stay organized. Separate workspaces for each client keep their content, calendar and approvals in their own space, so nothing gets mixed up between brands. The approval workflow is another major win: clients can review and approve posts directly in the platform instead of relying on long email threads and screenshots.
The AI tools have also become part of my daily routine. AI hashtags speed up post prep, AI alt text makes accessibility quick rather than an afterthought, and brand score helps me double-check that posts match each client’s voice before they go in for approval.
The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which really matters when I’m switching between multiple clients throughout the day. I especially like the calendar and use the grid view for Instagram. I also get a lot of value from the HeyOrca Brief and the community, which help me stay current on what’s changing in social. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m not sure whether this is really a downside of HeyOrca, but many of my clients have moved to HubSpot for its email features and similar tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
