"A Game-Changer for Global Teams: Streamlined Calendars and Effortless Reporting"

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

HeyOrca has been a game changer for our team in a lot of ways.

1. Our remote marketing team works globally and travels a lot. To be able to work asynchronously on projects with this platform has cut out a ton of extra steps. A copywriter can build captions, our content creator can upload media, we can review, and approve in different timezones and still all be on the same page. It's also a great tool to involve our intern (also remote and on another continent) – she can learn a software, create and upload her own content, and get feedback all in one place.

2. Overall calendar management is a dream, no more Google spreadsheets, calendars, docs, and tables spread out in 6 different places. We can plan months in advance, share with leadership, make edits, and view our strategy actualized as scheduled content all on one tab. 🥲

3. The reporting feature has saved me days worth of work hours. It truly is such a relief that I no longer have to compile and analyze data myself. HeyOrca puts it all in one place, sends it to me, my team, and my leadership automatically, and gives an AI overview to give me some quick insights when I need them. What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

HeyOrca is still building their platform (and they're quick and responsive, which is amazing) – so there's nothing inherently unhelpful about its current features. But, there are some things that they've communicated they'll be adding soon–and they take customer input on new features–and I've seen each new feature they add benefit my workflow in some way. What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because HeyOrca integrates with so many social media platforms, I now get to skip the local scheduling tools on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. It's a game changer to not be bouncing around tab to tab or app to app just to get a week of content planned. You can also repurpose content so easily across platforms that when you build one post, you've essentially done 3-5 posts at once.

It's also increased our ability to have great community management and we've seen our engagement go up. The auto-DM feature is incredible for this and the first comment feature.
