I’ve really enjoyed using HeyMilo in my recruiting process. It helps streamline the initial screening by allowing candidates to complete interviews on their own time, which saves a lot of back-and-forth scheduling. It also gives me a better sense of a candidate before the first conversation, making it easier to identify strong fits and keep the hiring process moving. Sometimes the AI agent has cut off candidates speaking or has said more than they’re supposed to however it is part of the wonkiness I am sure will get sorted through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
