What do you like best about Helpjuice?

Helpjuice is an extremely capable help center and knowledge base tool. It comes with lots of bells and whistles, plus smart AI features that make it really easy to keep a help center up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helpjuice?

The main thing I wish was a little easier was the theming/templating. It looks mostly code based, and I'd love a more WYSIWYG editor for small changes. However, their support team is super helpful and have given us several credits for design use, so they've always taken care of us and our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Helpjuice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helpjuice helped us solve the problem of a help center going stale or out of date. The analytics were great, support team was great, and the built in content editor had all the styling features we wanted to create great help articles. For example, built in alert panes, which other leading tools simply don't have, and tons of other article add-ins, all of which were superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
