We needed help with FAQs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HelpfulDocs?

We needed to create for the first time a knowledge base for our customers and help them find answers to all the questions they typically ask. So a part of the project was writing the FAQs, and then the second part was creating some help articles that guide users on the use of different features. We had the information available, the point was for someone to organize them, update them, and then also write some new ones. Keeping our knowledge base organized is no easy task. What do you dislike about HelpfulDocs?

What problems is HelpfulDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Working on a big project that takes a lot of time and energy, and then having to also update the FAQs, is NOT easy. Very time-consuming. HelpfulDocs allowed us to focus on our project while they did the staff that nobody else wanted to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
