We hired HelpfulDocs to copy-edit our existing online documentation (500+ pages). We set the following success criteria:

- consistent styling across all articles

- modern, less technical English

- most visited articles must drive more signups

What do you like best about HelpfulDocs?

The team was very proactive and super fast in terms of communications. I like the overall quality of the product and the numbers confirm that it was money well spent. The page visits increased by 20% and the bounce rate decreased by 40%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HelpfulDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a super busy team of engineers working on a highly technical product that requires good (if not exceptional) documentation. Also, our documentation is one of the major marketing channels for us. At some point, we realized that we need help from seasonal professionals so we researched and found HelpfulDocs.
