I think there is still potential for further development of the automation features, especially when it comes to building more advanced chatbot logic and automated response scenarios.

**What do you like best about HelpCrunch?**

I like that HelpCrunch is user-friendly. It was easy to set up and easy to adjust the all settings. Integration into a website was simple, and the translations were already done, making localization a breeze. Setting support agents wasn't difficult either, and overall, I'm happy with the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about HelpCrunch?**

We chose an annual plan, so payments could be smoother. We had small hiccups during the payment process. Not related to product itself.

**What problems is HelpCrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our website visitors to contact sales reps and unifies our inbox for online chats, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. We can also add email as additional channel.

The support team is truly professional and responsive. They don’t use canned answers or bots — they really understand the issues and help find solutions, even for non-standard problems. The service is easy to use, reliable, and communication is always pleasant.

So far, we haven’t encountered any major issues. Maybe some minor UI improvements could be helpful, but overall, the experience has been excellent.

HelpCrunch helps provide fast and professional customer support on the Ukrainian social crowdfunding platform Соціальна країна  - welfare.green. It solves the problem of handling user questions and issues efficiently, without relying on automated bots or generic replies. **What do you like best about HelpCrunch?**

HelpCrunch helped us organize all communication with our customers in one place — live chat, email, and knowledge base work seamlessly together. Integration with our CRM was smooth and quick. I also really appreciate how flexible the system is — we were able to adjust it perfectly to our internal workflow. The UI is clean and modern, and even non-tech team members had no trouble adopting it. Their support team is quick, friendly, and always helpful.

There’s not much to dislike — the platform does exactly what it promises. But overall, it already fits our needs very well.

**What problems is HelpCrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HelpCrunch helped us centralize all our customer communication — chat, email, and knowledge base — into one clean and efficient workspace. Before that, we struggled with fragmented support channels, missed messages, and poor client follow-up. Now, our support process is smooth and well-organized. Integration with our CRM also improved our workflow significantly. As a result, our response time and customer satisfaction both improved.
