I like Help Kit because it was incredibly easy to set up and is priced reasonably. The support is also great, which made us feel confident using it. I really love the integration with Notion, as it makes updating very easy and gives us better SEO visibility. The search function is something I enjoy a lot, and the AI chat feature is great.
