What do you like best about Help Desk Migration Services?

The thought of migrating Knowledge articles from one platform to another was frightening. With this tool and expedient support, I felt like the migration was going to succeed (and it did!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Help Desk Migration Services?

Our situation seemed unique where we were looking to migrate articles that met specific criteria. It was unfortunate that it was an extra cost to get this filter criteria added to the migration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Help Desk Migration Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool helped me solve the issue of migrating articles that contained a ton of data within each article. Items such as videos, URL link, and images would've ben a nightmare to transfer over. With this tool I was able to save countless hours in migration efforts and have my team focus on more important things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
