What problems is Help Desk Migration Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

We migrated to Jira Service Desk and are still considering whether or not we need to migrate our old tickets for reference purposes. The migration of our Help Centre articles was a great benefit - in 10-15 minutes, all of our documents were transferred to our Jira Service Desk instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
