What do you like best about Help Desk Migration Services?

Help Desk Migration was extremely responsive throughout our migration from Teamwork Desk to Help Scout. Their team answered questions quickly, provided clear guidance, and was always friendly. As a nonprofit organization, we especially appreciated their willingness to quote multiple times as we scaled the service to fit our needs and budget. What problems is Help Desk Migration Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

Help Desk Migration allowed us to easily move users, customers, and tickets to Help Scout, and their "demo" (basically a test run) was simple to use before the full run. Because of other projects, I had to stop and start the process a couple of times, but their staff was really helpful getting me back on track.
