What do you like best about Help Desk Migration Services?

What do you dislike about Help Desk Migration Services?

The demo process went smoothly overall, but I overlooked reversing a few demos before the migration. As a result, I ended up with several artifacts that required an additional tool to identify and remove. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Help Desk Migration Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

At first, when we were migrating our platform to a new system, we decided to create separate help centers to keep documentation for similar products separate and avoid confusion. However, as the migration progressed, we realized that having separate help centers was no longer necessary and actually made things more confusing. As a result, we decided to merge the two help centers back into one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
