"CSV Imports, Optimized Recurring Routes, and Helpful Support—Hellotracks Boosted Our Performance"

What do you like best about Hellotracks?

The integrated import/export CSV features are extremely helpful when assigning adhoc work. I recently set up recurring routes for the whole NY market and we have already seen a major boost in performance. The integrated map UI and the optimize features are also great for efficiency. As always, Hellotracks support is always helpful and their prompt responses and solutions always make Hellotracks a great tool to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hellotracks?

I honestly do not have negative feedback or experiences with Hellotracks. I think the only thing that comes to mind at the moment might on a specific feature that could use an implementation to adjust/edit recurring routes in an easier user friendly way. I think this will help since our bikeshare station locations often change per market with deployment actions for station removal/relocations or new station installations. What problems is Hellotracks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hellotracks allows us to accurately route necessary tasks that require special attention with set parameters dictated by our clients. Regardless of the type of job, I know I can count of Hellotracks to make sure the dispatching process goes smoothly.
