What do you like best about Hellotext?
I like it because it's a user-friendly platform: it centralizes all the messages from my ecommerce and digital channels. Additionally, I can view metrics and results on a monthly basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Hellotext?
There are some peculiarities in the visual design, but they have been updated and improved. This improvement is noticeable in the growth of sales attributed to the AI agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
