I like how HelloShift is self-explanatory and really easy to use. The convenience it offers for all departments to communicate and place tasks is a big benefit for us. It's valuable for everyone at the property to leave each other notes, tasks, and what needs to be done, and this ease of use makes it worth every penny. I would say maybe when there's multiple tasks that have not been completed, or maybe forgotten to be marked complete, it would be nice to have an option to select a few at a time and mark them all at once.
