I like that HelloNote is created with therapists' needs in mind, especially in creating templates, easily sending plan of cares, and creating automatic rules for cases. The automatic two-part audit before submitting claims for billing is really helpful. Moreover, it makes managing cases easier, especially with newer staff and assistants, ensuring that all intended parts of the carried-over note are complete.
